Feuerschutzpolizei Uniform Cap Third Reich

We present to you an extremely rare and historical exhibit – a German uniform cap from the Third Reich period, used by the Feuerschutzpolizei (fire police). This is an authentic testimony of the era that will certainly enrich any military collection, especially the subject of police and fire services of the Third Reich.

The cap is made of high-quality navy blue cloth, with characteristic red piping (decorative cords) and a black velvet band. The front is adorned with a silver eagle in a wreath (often two-piece), and above it a cockade in national colors. The insignia are preserved in good condition, with visible traces of patina and wear, which emphasizes the authenticity of the item.

The manufacturer of this model was renowned tailoring companies such as Pekuro (Peter Küpper Ronsdorf), known for precise sewing of uniforms and caps for police and military formations. This model features a stiff, reinforced visor and a solid, internal liner.

Condition: The cap bears signs of age – light scuffs, local soiling, and natural fading of the cloth. However, this is a typical, desired by collectors condition of use ("vintage condition"), which adds to its historical value. There are no serious structural damages.

This is not only a collector's item but also an excellent element for historical reenactment or museum display. It will perfectly complement collections concerning World War II, the history of firefighting, as well as German militaria.
