Unique and poignant propaganda badge from the period of the greatest activity of the Independent Self-Governing Trade Union "Solidarność" in the 1980s. This small but significant item is an excellent example of underground satirical creativity aimed at prominent figures of the communist regime.

The badge bears the mocking inscription "Albin Siwak super star", which directly and ironically comments on the figure of Albin Siwak – a well-known activist of the Polish United Workers' Party (PZPR), a deputy of the Polish People's Republic Sejm and a hardline ideologue, who was a symbol of party orthodoxy and unyielding struggle against "Solidarność". In opposition circles, he was perceived as a figurehead and a caricature of the people's authority, which made him a frequent target of mockery and satirical attacks.
