Rare Muslim Stamp from the Caliphate of Córdoba period, c. 1000 AD (?)

We present a rare and extremely interesting Muslim stamp, which according to preliminary findings may come from the period of the Caliphate of Córdoba (8th–11th century). It is not only a collector's item but also a fragment of the history of Islamic civilization on the Iberian Peninsula. Dimensions and weight:
  • Diameter: approx. 2.7 cm
  • Height: 1 cm
  • Weight: 42.5 g
Condition: very good – the surface is legible, with well-visible signs of use, without deep damage. Material: metal (probably a copper or bronze alloy). The stamp could have served as a personal seal, signet ring, or ownership mark. Its compact size makes it convenient both for storage and display. For collectors of Islamic antiques and lovers of Andalusian art, this is a real treat. The item is sold as an antique. Due to its age and nature, it may show natural patina and minor traces of time, which add to its authenticity. We recommend it both for private collections and as an element of a larger collection of memorabilia from the Muslim world.
  • Upper and middle part: Contains the invocation "Azze Nasruhu" (عز نصره), which means "May his victory be glorious". This is a traditional formula of blessing placed next to the ruler's name in the Ottoman Empire.
  • Lower part: There is likely the name of the ruler and information about the place of minting or date.
