Lapidarium company provides free consignment sales service. Payment for the item placed on consignment occurs after its sale. Until the sale, the consignor remains the owner of the item and may withdraw it from consignment at any time. All terms of sale are agreed upon in advance and recorded on the consignment form. Any changes require a bilaterally confirmed entry. We issue consignment forms, one copy for each party, and the data contained therein is confidential. Consignment at Lapidarium is a service that includes, in addition to displaying the item for sale in the "Lapidarium" galleries, various accompanying activities: – assessment, – valuation of the item (if the item is not withdrawn within a month, it is free; in other cases, it costs 5 to 10% according to the company's general valuation rates). – minor repairs and conservation treatments (for our clients at cost). At the client's request the item may be listed on online auctions such as Ebay and Allegro. The consignor agrees with the consignment store on the amount that will be paid to them after the sale of the item and does not incur any additional consignment costs. The sale price depends on the consignment store and does not affect the payout, unless a price change is agreed upon, which must be accepted by the consignor and noted on the consignment receipt.
