We present an exceptional, 19th-century Russian Orthodox icon, depicting a rare representation of the Mother of God of the Don (Bogurodzica of the Don). The icon is executed in the traditional technique of tempera on a wooden panel, and its condition is assessed as very good, which enhances its collectible and historical value.
